MY STORY

I struggled with my weight starting at 7 years old.

I spent almost two decades feeling out of control with food, fighting cravings, and trying every restrictive, miserable approach possible.

By 25, I finally lost 50+ lbs  and I’ve kept it off for more than a decade.

But the weight loss wasn’t the hardest part.
Maintaining it through the hardest seasons of my life was.

At 32, I lost my mom to cancer.
A year and a half later, I lost both of my brothers unexpectedly five months apart.

Grief changes you.
It can break you…
or it can rebuild you.

I know what it feels like to be lost.
To want comfort so badly you don’t care where it comes from.
To use food as the thing that numbs the pain until it becomes another source of shame.

And I also know the other side.

Taking control of your health is not about perfection.
It’s about self-respect, resilience, and realizing you deserve to feel steady again.

This is why my coaching is different.
Because I don’t just teach macros I teach women how to cope, rebuild, and live in a body that they feel confident in multiple areas of their life not just their clothes.
